Jelly Bead Workshop Prices:

Our pricing is simple, we try to keep our prices as low as possible,  we often have offers on when we can source craft and slime items at a better price, passing the savings on to you.
As we are independent, we cannot hold party slots longer than 24 hours without payment, there is no head office or big company behind us, so we appreciate customers paying within 24 hours of being invoiced, our preferred method of payment is by invoice / bank transfer, however if you'd prefer to pay by a different method please let us know.

This 1 hour party is designed for children who would like smaller parties.
SHHH parties are perfect for SEN children who get overwhelmed by overcrowding or loud environments.

What time should we arrive for my childs party?

please arrive 10 minutes before your party time to greet your guests, please be aware that Abbeydale road traffic can be very busy, and when Sheffield united are playing a home game, traffic volume is increased significantly.

Can i bring a cake to sing happy birthday?

of course you can, we allow 10 minutes at the end of each party for singing and cake wrapping, we are happy to cut and wrap the cake please bring napkins or similar to wrap your cake.

Can we bring balloons?

Helium balloons may be brought to the party, please do not bring air filled balloons or table confetti.

Can i stay with my child?

As the lead parent you may stay with your child should you want/ need to, other parents are asked to wait in our cafe bar, next door. jelly bead parties are drop and go.

Our minimum booking is 8 children our maximum is 16 in our workshop. we have a larger capacity of up to 34 children in our event space next door 

  We are happy to provide a workshop only party but please note we do not allow you to bring food in the workshop, although a cake may be brought and wrapped to pop in party bags to celebrate birthdays.

To Secure your party date we require a 50% deposit and the balance to be paid 14 days before your party date. invoices will be sent by email or text, parties booked with offers will normally be required to be paid in full as part of the terms and conditions.

   All activities have been tested and deemed safe although liability cannot be taken for reactions or injuries during the party or thereafter.

Details of any allergies need to be given well in advance of the party. Jelly bead endeavour to meet all needs and requirements and would be happy to discuss any special needs or requirements that you have.   Please note we cannot offer gluten free or dairy free options in either our sweetie pizza party or party bags

The Boring but important bits

sometimes things don't go as planned, perhaps you have a family emergency or your child or their guests are ill. we're all human and we are here to help you rearrange or postpone your event.

  In the event of the Party being cancelled on the original date, 14 days notice must be given, we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative date. your deposit will be regrettably non-refundable.

For a child/children unable to attend the party, and notification is not received 48 hours prior to the party date, the full charge will be due to cover the cost of the preparation time and materials.

if the Birthday child is ill and unable to attend on the date booked, please get in touch as soon as you can and we will help you to rearrange your party, We understand that sometimes these things happen, however please note that if you do not arrive and do not give us notice prior to the party, we will be unable to rearrange your party.

In the unlikely event that Jelly bead may need to cancel a booking due to exceptional circumstances we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative date at your request and our availability. we hope you would understand that we are human too and work with us to rearrange your party.

Jelly bead reserve the right to reschedule or cancel parties due to circumstance beyond our control. 

Jelly bead can sometimes be a bit messy,  please always  ask your guests to wear clothes suitable for messy play.

In the event that you are unhappy with our party service please tell us at the first instance, we will always try to help fix any problems or issues, if you are unhappy with the resolve offered, Please write to us within 28 days of your party date to studio@jellybead.co.uk

we regret we are unable to deal with issues raised after the 28 day period has expired.
