Booking a party with us couldn't be easier!
Choose your party and food package if required.
Decide on the date you would like your party - fill in the party booking form.
Wait for us to check our diary. We will get back to you as soon as we can. We aim to contact you within 24 hours, however it’s normally much sooner, at weekends we are normally busy hosting parties but we will get back to you as soon as we are free.
We run parties every day -Wednesday, Thursday or Friday afterschool or 10:30am and 1:30pm during school holidays, Saturdays and Sundays 10:30am and 1.30pm. Mondays and Tuesdays - by special request only

Booking your party with us
Take a look at our slime or craft parties and choose the party your child would like.
fill out a Party booking form to arrange your party date and time. We will contact you to discuss available dates and times.
An invoice will be sent to you to request a 50% deposit to secure your party, please note your party is not booked until your deposit is paid, we are sadly unable to save slots or pencil you in without payment.
you must provide details of any party changes or food requests or allergies 10 days prior to your party.
Your balance should be paid 14 days before your party, an invoice will be sent automatically for you to pay, please pay your invoice within 24 hours of receipt.

On the day of your party
The workshop
Please arrive 10 minutes before your party to greet guests. Party bags and cakes should be handed to us prior to the party.
Please note we do not allow Table confetti, sprinkles, steamers, silly string or other similar decorations at our parties, if these are used you will be asked to pay a £20 cleaning fee.
Balloons - you may bring Helium balloons to our parties, but air filled balloons will not be allowed. if you are unsure what you may bring, please ask.
Workshops last from 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes and 30 minutes for food and cake.
Please note we do not allow children to leave the workshop alone regardless of their age.
If you have brought a cake you can then present it so the children can sing Happy birthday, please bring your own napkins to wrap the cake. we are always happy to cut and portion the cake for you and pop it in to party bags.
Children will be asked to remain seated while slime/party bags and cake is given out

information for grown ups
Our minimum booking is 8 children our maximum is 16 in our workshop.
We believe smaller parties allow each child to enjoy and interact without feeling ‘lost’ or overwhelmed.
We are happy to provide a workshop only party but please note we do not allow you to bring food in the workshop, although a cake may be brought to celebrate birthdays.
To Secure your party date we require a 50% deposit and the balance to be paid 14 days before your party date. invoices will be sent by email or text, parties booked with offers will normally be required to be paid in full as part of the terms and conditions.
All activities have been tested and deemed safe although liability cannot be taken for reactions or injuries during the party or thereafter.
Details of any allergies need to be given well in advance of the party. Jelly bead endeavour to meet all needs and requirements and would be happy to discuss any special needs or requirements that you have. Please note we cannot offer gluten free or dairy free options in either our sweetie pizza party or party bags
The Boring but important bits
sometimes things don't go as planned, perhaps you have a family emergency or your child or their guests are ill. we're all human and we are here to try and help you rearrange or postpone your event.
In the event of the Party being cancelled on the original date, 14 days notice must be given, we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative date. your deposit will be regrettably non-refundable.
For a child/children unable to attend the party, and notification is not received 48 hours prior to the party date, the full charge will be due to cover the cost of the preparation time and materials.
if the Birthday child is ill and unable to attend on the date booked, please get in touch as soon as you can and we will help you to rearrange your party, We understand that sometimes these things happen, however please note that if you do not arrive and do not give us notice prior to the party, we will be unable to rearrange your party.
In the unlikely event that Jelly bead may need to cancel a booking due to exceptional circumstances we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative date at your request and our availability. we hope you would understand that we are human too and work with us to rearrange your party.
Jelly bead reserve the right to reschedule or cancel parties due to circumstance beyond our control.
Jelly bead can sometimes be a bit messy, please always ask your guests to wear clothes suitable for messy play.
In the event that you are unhappy with our party service please tell us at the first instance, we will always try to help fix any problems or issues, if you are unhappy with the resolve offered, Please write to us within 28 days of your party date to studio@jellybead.co.uk
we regret we are unable to deal with issues raised after the 28 day period has expired.
